Somerville Police Respond to Assault

21040572: On 8/5/21 at approximately 8:00 PM, Somerville Police responded to the area of Foley St & Great River Rd for report of a past assault. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that while on Foley St, he observed a car parked illegally. When the victim informed the operator that he could not park there, the operator spit on the victim then assaulted him. Officers were able to identify the suspect.
