Crime Log October 18 to October 24, 2022

Assault

22059988: On 10/19/22 at approximately 1:13 PM, Somerville Police responded to East Albion St for report of a past assault. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he was involved in a physical altercation with a female party. The victim sustained a broken nose and a black eye. 

Assault

22059855: On 10/18/22 at approximately 8:38 PM, Somerville Police responded to a business in the area of McGrath Hwy & Blakeley Ave for report of a fight involving a knife. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a female suspect who stated she confronted an employee due to a past altercation. During the confrontation, the suspect punched the victim several times and attempted to reach for something in her waistband. Officers searched the suspect and did not find any weapons.

Assault

22060931: On 10/24/22 at approximately 2:06 AM, a female party entered the station and reported that earlier in the day while on Fitchburg St, she was hit with an unknown object. The victim suffered injuries to her face and head.

Armed Robbery

22060692: On 10/22/22 at approximately 8:29 PM, Somerville Police responded to Foley St for report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a juvenile male who stated his bike was stolen by a group of juveniles. The victim chased after them and one of the suspects brandished a knife.
